Blacks are hampered by their maxillary prognathism and wide features, yes, but they benefit from decent height genetics, easy muscle-building, and having wide frames and palates. To address your general point though, yes cultural halo plays a role in black male SMV, but it's not the main reason they're sought after. Also, many white women in mainland Europe mess with sands, so blacks aren't the only minority they date
