She must stay as beautiful as possible until she dies. Just because her lifespan is reduced, she must not age accordingly.
Her organs must just seize to function.

But personally, I would prefer to kill a woman after one succesful pregnancy. Simply breed as many women as you need to have as many children as you want.
Women are useless when it conees to raising childrwn anyway, so it is preferrable if they died during birth.
