In Trumps first terms, I was really really uncomfortable with his anti-sex trafficking stuff. He signed FOSTA/SESTA, he signed initiatives to go after "sex trafficking". All these policies really were, were attempts to arrest and charge men who paid for sex. If you actually get into the nuts and the bolts of these bills, they target consenual prostitution. Ron DeSantis led a bunch of anti-trafficking campaigns in florida, and when I read up on them, all they did was conduct sting operations on men who paid for sex with 18+ year olds. It was insane.

As much as I loved Trump, I was so bothered by this. Did he really hate escortmaxxers? I assumed Trump was a playboy billioonnaire who never needed to explicitly pay for sex so maybe he didn't care about it, but as it turns out, it was just political posturing at the time.

Trump has paid for sex his whole life, detailed reports showed he loved prostitutes. His involvement with Epstein has basically blown a lid on this whole thing. Trump has nothing against the idea of pimping and whatnot, in fact Epstein said he acquired some of the tactics from Trump at MaraLogo.
