To drive you need a drivers license. The reason for this is because driving is a responsibility, however the greatest responsibility of becoming a parent does not require anything of the sort. Many of histories most infamous and evil people were known to have come from poor families and broken homes, and yet society does not enforce an iota of responsibility onto modern adults when it comes to starting one of their own. The reasoning behind this is simple, when humans are set back they have to struggle to get ahead. Medicine is the greatest example of this. Poor genes create infinite marketing opportunities as they will continue to pass on through the generations, and if they don't their will always be more elsewhere. Pornography, surgery, and all this other cope shit is just a way to milk weak individuals for all their worth. Genetic inferiority primarily exists comparatively in our society, and thus we are always having gorgeous celebrities and super models forced into our faces into advertisements and media, all to deceive us into aspiring to become like these hand picked individuals.
