For example, if you are playing the funny guy role, you hold your frame by being funny and nice to others. Getting offended or being rude would be considered "not holding your frame". Never heard of it before, good thing, could be useful nearly in any kind of social activity, except interactions with femoids.
Most redpill ideas are dumb but this one holds some merit. Basically just means to act in a way that makes other people think you're mature, which is important for basically any social situation, not just talking to girls. Don't get involved in petty arguments, don't be overly deferring, just generally be in control of any social situation. Obviously this is a lot easier for Chad than it is for an incel, but I still think the idea of presenting yourself as mature rather than a whiny bitch is something that everyone should keep in mind.
