What the hell is wrong with these retards wanting to turn brown. Here in middle east most people will try to make their kids stay out of the sun as much as possible so they'd have light skin.
Maybe it's a cultural thing, like some people admire the sun-kissed look. Or maybe they're trying to feel "exotic".

White skin was a sign of wealth, it meant you hadnt done hard labor under the sun. It's considered beautiful in general. Whenever I see a white person with a tan, all I can think of "ugly"

They don't look better, they look ugly. There isn't much contest between brown skin and blonde hair either. There's probably more contrast between white skin and blonde hair than that.

The real reason is that skin color correlates to blood iron so a more bronze hue indicates more oxygen rich blood and thus more sexual endurance. Ethnics are being ridiculous acting like hemoglobin through translucent European skin looks anything like more melanin.
