There are people who legit feel like their arm or legs is foreign to their body and make attempts to have them amputated. I regularly wear "feminine" garments such as linen dresses and silver-jewelry on a daily basis. It is quite difficult to suffer from the psychological-illness of Gender Dysphoria.
