It's kind of customary for intellectual honesty to at least look at material, disprove by substantiated evidence that counters thesis, and then move on and await for information to try, justify or defy the substantiations we're working from.
This is typically what is expected among people, but these normies are doing something that is actually not expected/ unwritten habit (and most unwritten habits are typically bad ones that society doesn't want to admit).
Most normies are optimists who don't want to talk about the harshness of reality. But that just makes it so that you don't observe/ regard/ fix it.
Normies want everything to be either completely mild and plain, or they want

That's what most people who are wrongfully contextualized as "whiners" are.
Being broody and full of fury is better than being taciturn and thuggy.

Am I spoiled for being entitled? Maybe me being spoiled gave me an entitlement mentality, but that is a good thing. Because being off of entitlement just makes me more angry and hateful that I'm not getting what is cosmically designed to be mine.

Everything normies do is for social status and, ultimately, sex.

Long story short: intellectual honesty and talking about harsh reality does not efficiently boost one's status (relative to alternative methods, at least) and is not sexy.

And so if you do it around normies, they "take offense," which is their way of communicating to you that you're hurting their odds at sex just by associating with them and by "being the type of person that talks about harsh reality."

Hence the common normie saying, "just lighten up, bro." That translates roughly to: "You dropping these truth bombs is not gonna get us laid, so fucking stop please."

STATUS is dependent on an intellectual hierarchy. Give people intelligence/ truth and you can ruin your status. BLUEPILL them from knowing the blunders you put them under, and that will give you power. Society favors bluepill brainwashers. They give power, and makes them seem more machiavellian to those who actually have had the luxuriance to look at redpill reality in an underlying way through privilege, and not through resentment nad bitterness like incels do. Machivelliarchical value.
If you are graceful/ compassionate in a way that is GENUINE, and not something that can be construed/ contextified into a lie/ illusion that really changes the power positions/ physical material dominarchy placements then you're doing a social NO NO.
If people are stupid, and you're saving face for yourself THEN you are doing something socially appropriate.
If you're being good/ nice/ loving/ compasisonate/ of real heroic character... then you're shunned.
Humanity doesn't universally esteem goodness and virtue. They esteem power, and despise those who threaten the hierarchy they choose to abide by. Self based hierarchies, or external substance based hierarchies... where say a family assorts justice/ injustice in relation to the grid that affects their WHOLE family. But a lot of people are too selfish even for that. I'd say family is something barely there that is a selfless primal impulse.

If you're something who is fun, lovely, enjoyable to look at then society will look after you.
