Pointless video "essay." The Empire in Star Wars were purposely written to be incompetent and corrupt antagonists, lacking any positive attributes. George Lucas himself admitted that the Empire symbolizes authoritarian states like the Third Reich as a way to express why they are supposedly "evil" by nature.
