That's fine, not uncommon, especially during the freshman year. Back in my uni we had an intro to computer programming during the 1st semester and out of maybe 30 students in our class by the end of semester only 2 people had a passing grade (myself and a foid who I was helping - yes, yes, I was a bluepilled idiot), the rest just had a straight F with no chance to salvage it.
And no, I am no CS genius by a long shot, but that class was a friggin' zoo filled with braindead imbeciles. I left that class after the 1st year as there was no point wasting time there.
