Serious Why so many autist are such losers?

Every autist i met is a total loser, they are ugly as hell, they get bullied a lot and they aren´t lucky with women, it´s almost as if being an autist is actually worse than having down syndrome, at least they get love by normie virtue signaling but autist are totally rejected by society, they should do fine since they are so intelligent but seems like it´s not enough for them. I really wonder if being autistic was an enormeous advantage in ancient times.

Mental health issues are often related to being ugly. Ugliness leads to mental problems.

Parents have ugly baby, sit them in front of the television and only half-care about them. Don't really give a shit about their nutrition, etc. etc. This leads to autism. Then the autism and ugliness leads to becoming a complete fucking loser.
