Anger is a completely rational response towards our situation where we are excluded from the best things life has to offer. Furthermore, what advantage do we get when we follow the attempts of tone-policing? Honest question.
There is no disadvantage
because social exclusion doesn't work for people that are already excluded because of factors beyond their control (height, face, autism, etc.), normies don't hold any power above us, the most import form of leverage (e.g. social exclusion) doesn't work on us.
Following tone-policing would only mean disadvantages for us: a) We would restrict our own freedom to do whatever we please, we would give our autonomy away to an outside force (e.g. feminists/cucks) that we not only don't respect, but actively despise (on a mutual level), we would only restrict our own options by doing so; b) venting about negative thoughts has a cathartic effect and allows someone to cope by releasing some of the built-up frustration, therefore stopping it would be a direct emotional disadvantage for said person.
Last but not least: Why can attempts of tone-policing be seen? The thing is nobody gives a damn about the problems of men when they are polite and behave like nice little boys, they don't care about your problems, they have no problem seeing/tolerating your suffering (some of them like the OnlyFans whores and PUAs actively profit from it financially, while others take sadistic pleausure in it or just don't care), they have a problem when you complain.

If you don't follow tone-policing normies will complain you are too sad and throwing a pity party and to STFU and stop bugging others with your crying, even though they are the ones going out of their way to find guys "whining" and telling them to shut up.
