Jfl why this retards dont understand the concept of genetics and the fact that your death is written in your DNA

Of course self destructive comportments are excluded (and even them are basically genetic)

I don't think it is, though.

For me my death was because I lost touch with reality. In 2021.

This was because I went way too hard at self-improvement. Once I got real gains, I commited fully, I got lost in the rabbit hole. A trippy flow state lasting for 2 days. Would lasted much longer had I not lost touch with reality and done unsafe shit that got me in trouble.

This did not need to happen.

I don't care if I live longer, you feel awful when you're fat.

Most normies are unhealthy and have low energy.
Being high energy means u have a chance of moggin normies.
Health is wealth.
Being fat is becoming even a worse Target than u already are

Probably because its true.

How many old fat people did you see? If you are not obese you live longer

Sure you'll live longer if you aren't a complete wreck wrt general health. So yeah they think right. But it's like adding a few years and maybe those will be higher quality years throughout, which is the real reason to do that shit, even if you don't care about living that long.

No jfl everything is genetic
Untrue. You can employ healthy habits that help your DNA repair itself, extending your telomeres. Habits like regular exercise, fasting, healthy diet.

Telomere length shortens with age. Progressive shortening of telomeres leads to senescence, apoptosis, or oncogenic transformation of somatic cells, affecting the health and lifespan of an individual. Shorter telomeres have been associated with increased incidence of diseases and poor survival. The rate of telomere shortening can be either increased or decreased by specific lifestyle factors. Better choice of diet and activities has great potential to reduce the rate of telomere shortening or at least prevent excessive telomere attrition, leading to delayed onset of age-associated diseases and increased lifespan. This review highlights the role of telomeres in aging and describes the lifestyle factors which may affect telomeres, human health, and aging.
