You might make your society gender egalitarian on paper and put a ton of effort into making it that way, but you will never escape biology. Men will always be more expendable than women because of the way reproduction works (one man can impregnate many women). Women will always be sexual objects and baby-factories when distilled to their raw essence, men will always be work-machines that fight and make things to provide for and protect those around them when you're forced to distill them to their raw essence. When a society is functioning properly the genders will stick to their roles, when they eschew their respective roles you get stuff like fucked up feminism and rock-bottom birth rates which is going on in Germany and the western world at large right now (this obviously can't be sustained forever without some VERY bad consequences downt he road).
Also, speaking of "assistance" for "victims", you realise that because women are less expendable for biological reasons that they get more support when homeless despite the vast majority of homeless people being men, right? Egalitarianism on paper will not eradicate any of our biases, it will just fuck over bottom-tier men because they will always be more expendable and people will care more about women while pretending things are equal on paper. Same with poor men, ugly men, sick men, men who fought and got injured in wars, whatever; they never get the same amount of support and care as women with the same issues. You are expendable, you will always be tossed away when you can no longer provide human doings to society.

You will never be able to escape cognitive differences between the sexes (male variability, female mediocrity, and a small but noticeable gap between male and female IQ scores that increases as both genders age). The mental difference between men and women is probably about as wide, or even greater, than the mental gap between NTs and aspies considering the numerous neurological, cognitive and mindset differences that are innate in the two genders. The neurological difference is only considered a disorder in people with Aspergers because it impairs their ability to do stuff, whereas in women the neurological difference is normal and allows them to function as women, so don't get the wrong idea here and think that I'm calling women retarded or something.
In most countries, mine included and probably yours as well, aspies are not allowed to own guns because it has been shown time and time again that most people who commit mass shootings have some amount of autistic traits (probably due to social alienation from autistic traits making people go ER). Because governments and big social structures can't go in and micromanage every little behaviour that's bad for the system functioning they have to work on a much bigger, more imprecise level. The vast majority of people with autistic traits aren't going to shoot up a school, but those that do mean it is better to ban them from owning guns altogether.
