If inmates are to be put into a gendered prison of their choice, then tomboys may be put into men's prisons. Actual trans men, anybody on hormones and/or has had sex change surgery are disgusting, but I've heard some are just tomboys.And there's nonbinary women too. If sex isn't binary, you need to make multiple prisons for multiple genders, which won't happen. Then maybe the solution is to make prisons will become co-ed. If prisons are co-ed, they will be paradise on earth because there's less competition between men for women. There's probably many foids who aren't trans at all but still identify as nonbinary or some other gender out of the many there are.
The other benefit is that trans "women" will be put far away from straight men. Heterosexual inmates wouldn't want to be around these degenerates.
I do think homosexuality and transgenderism is bad and should be stopped, but I'm making this thread because perhaps some heterosexual inmates may be able to ascend with feminine "non-binary" biologically females
