Young women are extremely picky. If you are 30+ and look 10 years younger, you are aiming at women who are 20. That is the age when women are extremely picky, and only date up. For a woman, things go downhill at 30, becoming fat and unattractive, so they get less demands. But hardly any 30+ halfway attractive woman wants a way younger man that is not a Chad. That's why you can't get a woman if you look too young. If you look your age and you are 30+, you have a higher chance of getting a woman of the same age. Older women are more likely to date ugly and rusty men. But they won't date ugly with bad personality aka feminine or young looking face guys.
