Serious Why isn't this website private and locked from outsiders unless you have a registered account?

Like many other forums that exist, assuming that the people here care about inceltears shitting on them on reddit often without even censoring their profile, wouldn't it be only appropriate to shield this content from a bunch of losers that look at people suffering and make fun of it?

Too many fakecels will then try to register due to curiosity and this will be much more work for the mods
