Leanmaxxing is singlehandly the most effective, natural and cheapest (by buying less food you can literally save money) way to looksmax. You don't have to autistically count macronutrient, bullshit like protein, carb and fat because that shit is only useful if you wanna bulk up (which increases your BF. Oof.)

Leanmaxxing or auschwitz mode, whatever you call it is by the means of extreme calorie deficit and restriction, by restricting your calories you can drop fat (and muscle if you don't consume protein) and by this, your face gets an massive upgrade. From fatcel to leancel, your jawline becomes defined, your cheeks become Hollie and visible, as a side effect, you will be seeing your ribs and other bones. But that's ok, it's about FACE.

Notice a minority of incels look better fat, but for most of you, get off the burger and begin your virtual auschwitz life.

I probably went from a 3 to a 4.5 from losing 35 lbs without ever lifting a single weight. It helped allot because fat tends to accumulate on my face very easily

Yeah but face is more important. We are depressed regardless of eating or not anyway. By buying less food we can get our source of dopamine from other places, like new video games instead of that snack bar.

And you don't even have to get into keto if you don't want to. I was leanmaxxing on mcdonalds bread daily with 500kcal with a hour of walk and some cardio, which goes to 1500 kcal defiect daily.

Simple things like wearing darker button up shirts with rollrd up sleaves hide your figure while making you look bigger and more masculine.

If you don't have a jacked upper body never ever wear t-shirts

How about giving some leanmax tips? I've lost a lot of weight in the past and been sub 9 stone at 5'10, and still been chubby. Obviously had improvement in the face, but I never got Auschwitz mode.

How heavy are you in lbs??
 
i've already done this for the past 6 years and it works in a lot of ways. provided you don't starve yourself it makes you look not just fitter but younger and healthier, and I strongly feel it helps with aging, hair loss and keeping your teeth looking good (fewer meals makes dental care way easier)
basically manlier/better in almost every way except sheer bulk frame to push people around like some angry fat guy.

anyway, nobody gives a fuck. i'll keep doing it but all those things = unremarkable baseline in 2019
 
What it comes down to is:

  1. Fat hides bone structure to some extent.
  2. Being super low body fat puts your bone structure on full display.
  3. If you have a shitty bone structure, you will look worse being super low body fat. This is ESPECIALLY true if your skull is long.
  4. Most incels have a shitty bone structure.

to me it's not that hard to restrict calories and eat only once per day. but like I was saying it doesn't lead anywhere, making yourself lean isn't going to stop the world from being a cesspool of shit.

most people i talk to here, and myself, have tried it and seen little or no improvement. I stay 12-16% with a 30" waist year round and honestly i look slightly better than i did at sub 8% a couple of years ago.

I followed my own diet of extreme calorie restriction and never felt happier. I'm now at roughly 5'10 and 137lbs, my jawline is visible to the point it's the first thing people mention when they saw my reveal.

I'm still a ugly fuck but going from fatcel to ogrecel feels great and it's definitely an upgrade.

leanmaxxing/Auschwitz mode is pointless if youre a manlet. as i said you will look like malnourished child, but on the other hand if you put on too much muscle mass you will look like a walking mini fridge. so i guess some lean muscle wouldn't do much harm to a mantels body proportions.

yeah im pretty deep in leanmaxxed and borderline auschwitz mode. my energy levels have been fucked up for a long time now.
I will try eating steak tartar to have all the vitamins from eating raw and then fasting without drinking any liquids to don't lose any nutrient through urine, it seems to be the best way to do it, you can stay healthy for 3 days doing this while fasting. I may also said this will only work with meat not with plants.

If you are depressed, eating gives you motivation to do things. Otherwise, you just lay and LDAR while you begin smelling ketonic breath, coughing blood and dying. It is a path that only leads to depression and misery.

It is not about the reward/dopamine but about nourishing the brain. If you masturbate you will get plenty of reward but it will not increase your energy levels.

Also, if you think face is that important, you are better off just being slightly overweight and dressing nicely. The energy potential is much higher relative to the changes to your face.

leanmaxxing on bread sounds silly. If you have to burn down the bread anyway then you are not leanmaxxing.
 
I'm sick of being overweight so I'm leanmaxing on the carnivore diet plus exercising as much as my energy allows so I don't get too weak in the process.

Because no one wants to look like a stick figure pussy. It's incredible hard and effort intensive to maintain muscle/ masculinity while lean. Most guys would rather bulk up in general, even if that means getting fat. note: I'm not a dicksucker gymcel, so I'm addressing this from a common sense perspective rather than an OCD fitness jargon type of angle.

I'm pretty underweight at 120 lbs at 5'10 I don't think it's that great tbh. I don't have hollow cheeks and I feel like a skeleton.
