Why is Zoloft not working second time around?

Last year when I took Zoloft I experienced positive effects of it and the side effects. Now 5 weeks into 50mg I am experiencing very little positives. Maybe the brain gets used to it.
Maybe I should increase my dose to 75 or 100.

SSRIs are a clusterfuck. iv heard that if you fuck up how you take them, they stop working. 100mg is a big updose, you sure you wouldnt rather switch meds?
