I think one issue is they are using a term that I do not think fits them. And I think a lot of guys would sleep with most "Femcels" if not all of them. But things like chronic depression or GAD, etc. are not gender specific and cause ones sex life to not flourish or make it seem impossible to find a partner at least to the indavidual. Basically I think they jut need a different name and have a more specific definition for their perceived 'Inceldom'
