Because only a few people here have horse faces. It's more likely someone will be short(or at least viewed as short by women), autistic, or have a bad face for different reasons so those are the main "pills" of our community. It's like asking why the crippled pill isn't as talked about in our community when at best there's mayb one cripple here who may or may not be a active user.
