Use 100% cotton clothes
Use fabric chairs, or cushions.
Shave your ass with electric razor (No blade, can irritate a lot).
Keep your ass clean, sponge + soap, every time you defecate. Always touch it and smell your finger after it to make sure it's 100% clean.
If you are overweight, lose it
If it doesn't stop after all that, then go to a doctor.
