At two different apartment buildings I lived in had jumpers. One was across the street and the dude was just out of eyesight so I didn't see him jump but heard it. A bunch of foids walked past his dead body not realizing he was dead. They didn't even check to see what was wrong.

Because it's the fastest and most affordable. And you will hardly feel pain, unless you are retarded to jump from a very low height, like 5 floors. But if you jump from a building above 10 floors, you will almost certainly die instantly. even if you survive for a while, you'll be too numb to feel any pain or even realize what's going on.

In the case of a sudden fall where your entire body has been shattered, your brain will not have the time and integrity to process all of the damage.

I don't think so, at a height like that, perhaps air resistance will even reduce the impact of the fall. I think something like 200m to 600m would be enough.

If you want a beautiful suicide method i find cutting your veins in a bath much more poetic, although it doesn't work most of the time.
Also isn't hanging more common than jumping ? Personnally all people that i know or heard about who killed themselves either jumped on a railroad or hanged themselves, one tried paracetamol but failed (worse suicide method imaginable).

I think there's a big psychological factor as well since tall buildings are less natural so your brain doesn't register it as big a fear as other things.
