Why is it seen as cowardly to choose death over prison?

It’s one of the smartest decisions you could make if you were facing jail/prison time. Anyone who’s watched even 10 minutes of a prison documentary or simply listened to stories that prisoners tell would know that death is a much better fate than being locked up in those shitty moldy buildings with those faggot nigger rapists and other deranged lunatics. Even a painful death is preferable to years in prison.

No freedom, shit food, disgusting people, constant bad smells, mold, bugs, rodents, bad temperatures, sharing a tight cramped cell with a nasty man, endless boredom, violence, faggots, unsafe environment, etc. Need I go on?

It would be a mercy. But even with the death penalty, other people who have nothing to do with you will keep making appeals to keep you alive. Making sure that your suffering is as long and endless as possible. Though tbf, I'm sure some people on death row deserve this suffering

I think normies just use the word “cowardly” as a way to gaslight others into standing in front of a court and actually getting sentenced and staying the rest of their lives in a cell to receive inhumane treatment.

They know suicide is a means for someone going ER to not have to suffer in a cell for 50+ years so they do everything to gaslight others into going into that cell when they commit atrocities.

Won’t work though, I’m glad to see guys like Cho and Lepine took the right way out after having done what was necessary for them, never having to spend a day in prison.

I never understood criminals who will make plea deals to get the death penalty off the table. I'd take death over slowly rotting in a shithole anyday.
