Why are these people okay with anti-indian racism but not okay with hatred against landwhales?

Obese women can control their weight. Indian men can't control how they are born. I hear normies make nazi like comments towards Muslims, Syrian refugees and immigrants from Somalia. But as soon as you say something about landwhales they seem to freak out?
