Im a STEM major (chemical engineering) and foids are prob guranteed a 100k+ starting salary once they are out of college
I hate when companies stipulate "experience required" in their job adverts, and refuse to hire people based on a lack of experience.

apply to a bunch, lie about experience, it takes weeks sometimes for jobs to get back to you
100% of applicants lie about experience to where resumes are just useless garbage and you can only go by references (networking) and test them on the spot

I got the same reason, I have no fucking income and no job and nobody wants to hire me, probably because I'm an ugly shitskin manlet.
I have a horrible GPA and got an interview. During the interview I stuttered, turned red like a tomato and was visibly uncomfortable. I still got the job which I really appreciate.

I look good on paper, tech companies reach out to me, but the moment it comes to an in-person interview I'm pretty sure they judge me by my meekness, monotone delivery (depression), and height, baldness, etc. Never passed the in-person part. Have applied for 20k+ jobs by now. Been unemployed close to four years. I think I also get judged by soy betabuxxers because I don't exude their open-mouthed femininity. I resent them because they should be blackpilled but are more likely to post on IT.
I interviewed for an office clerk position for 12/hr part-time. It seemed to go well but I don't trust my own instincts on these things. I used to make 70k/year. Meritocracy is a myth. It's mostly based on looks and social intelligence. You also have to be spineless and work 160 hours/week. Women get hired over men. STEM is shit in the west because of affirmative action. As an intelligent white male I'm actively discriminated against. If you have integrity and self respect expect to not get a job in this hellscape.
Most I can hope for now is a wagecuck job with little supervision so I can work on my artwork while answering phones or whatever the fuck.

I fucking hear you man. I need 12 months of job experience to get my engineering degree and the job places have been fucking with me to say the least. I go to interviews and the guy says that he loves my experience and Marks in school. Then he hits me up 1 week later to tell me I didnt meet his credentials even tho 1 week ago he LITERALLY said he loved my experience and shit. People are fucking fake and life just sucks. Idk what more to say.

That's one of the reasons why I went NEET. I gave up trying to find another job after the lay off from my last job. I couldn't find a job even if my life depended on it. More reason why Andrew Yang should win and give us the Yangbuxx, but sadly that's never going to happen. Sigh such a cruel world we live in.
