Why is everything so fucking awkward for me

Every interaction I have with another human being always has to be so awkward. Everything feels so fucking forced. I can feel the other person getting uncomfortable with my presence, which only makes me isolate myself even more, making the problem even worse.

I see how other people interact with other people, and it looks natural. Nothing looks forced for them.

I can barely interact with guys, so interacting with women is not even a thought. Even with my own family it’s so fucking awkward being around them.

This is why I’m a 21 year old KHHV and have zero friends. Fuck my life.
