Rape is considered such a heneous crime in virtually all societies due to the psychological distress it causes to the victim. This makes sense because the rapist attempts to cheat natural evolution, and women are genetically wired to breed with good DNA. A rape causes a very strong negative emotion in the woman, so that she would at all cost avoid rape. Same way as pain from heat serves to avoid an individual burning himself in the future.
When such a case occurs, the rapist must pay for the female's therapy costs, or any other expense she must make due to his action.
Men are genetically wired to fuck females. Not being given any opportunity to do so causes in the male brain also heneous amount of pain, as genetically men have evolved a need to avoid this situation at all costs. Those who don't feel mental distress due to lack of relationships would be less driven to breed, and eventually be bred out. Effectively, the trauma an incel feels is comparable to the trauma a rape victim feels.
That is why I think women should pay a government tax to aid incels.
