Why are people so concerned about incels? Why aren't people more afraid of ISIS, Al- Qaeda, KKK or other fundamentally dangerous groups?

Because incels know the truth and once you know it, you can never go back. The realization that life was already over means that we have nothing left to lose. It's easy to take the blackpill because it is in observable reality and seen everywhere, it's harder to make someone jihadmaxxed because Islam is mostly based on scripture and non- observable reality.

Also it is alot easier to contained an organization than your violent diversified lone wolf incels.
