Using the word as an insult works perfectly because it perfectly aligns with everything that leftoids defend, which is basically the complete decadence and degeneration of their own society.

First of all, the groups most loved by leftoids can't be incel:

1. Women
2. Homosexuals
3. Blacks

This means this insult will be always used against groups that are universally hated by leftoids: straight white/asian/indian men, ugly men, poor men, etc.

It implies that men should be shamed for having low SMV, and therefore, to be highly regarded as a person, you should try to please women, sexually.
