what do you mean by antidepressants helping in the short term? Like whats your definition of short term? When I took zoloft they told me it could take up to 6 weeks for it to take any effect, that already feels long af imho.

Taking MDMA or 4-FA helps me to negate the impairment of social drive, my "bitch resting face" and other issues caused by Asperger Syndrome for a short term. The reason it doesn't work for the long term is that, you can't take empathogenic drugs like MDMA and 4-FA without causing severe damage to your cardio vascular system and brain.

I don't want to add fuel to the fire here but this is how i looked like at my peak, i still was a hopeless case with my looks maxed (I still think i'm ugly and under average), if you are on the spectrum you are fucked regardless of looks, at least that is what i found out for my case :
