So that means they foids were not intrested in them, also, any of us can pay a whore. Assuming that we would be volcels because paying a slut would remove our inceldom status.
If a foid is not interested in you and the sex is paid you are still an incel.

Yeah, my guess would be legal liability or something because if someone used your guidance to blackmail someone the forum could be held legally responsible for having a guide to blackmailing women therefore, leading to public outrage and regulatory scrutiny or bans.

True that. TBH I've learned that as far as crime and punishment go, a surprising number of people get away with it, it's usually the dumbasses who get caught.
