Having racial allegiance is a normal part of being human. It make sense to be with people of your culture and people who look like you. It's also normal to have pride in your race and culture (hence the allegiance). For eg.: Black people celebrating their race, and unapologetically calling it Black Culture.

LOL. Whites have by far the most racial allegiance. The idea of racial allegiance to the white race = being a cuck, supporting LGBT, being responsible, being servile to the law to institutions, to the elite etc. These self-declared white people have internalized this as their racial identity. They all have this consciousness. Why do you think this white race has so many common patterns of behavior and they're all degenerate? I often see this sentiment touted throughout here and seems to be more popular than people of the opposite opinion so I thought I would weigh in. I have racial allegiance towards my people, and by my people I mean certain ethnic group within white people. I have mild allegiance towards whites as whole.
Reason is very simple. Only thing I have in common with a brown incel is that we can't get laid and we agree on behaviour of women. We don't even agree on all of "incel ideology". He most likely thinks JBW is legit.
I have much more in common with an average person of my ethnicity than a brown incel. They might be normie blue pilled cuckolds, but I am capable of associating with people that don't agree with me.

On civilizational level, I'd rather be an incel in white country than an incel in multi kulti shithole, or even worse, turd world country. It is that simple. "Racial allegiance" is a pretty dumb concept. What you really want is closer to "socio-economic allegiance" or "linguistic allegiance".
