The competitivepill is beyond brutal.
For me, it happens when I play too many games of the same genre. I used to play mostly shooters and video games never felt appealing for years. Then I got into stupid fantasy games like kingdom hearts, final fantasy, crash bandicoot 4, etc. Those games brought the joy back again. Maybe it's just from the repetitiveness?
