1. I tried to eat healthier (till this i do it because it improves my mood) but i dont see a significant improvement in attractivity.
2. I did exercise and even complete the 500 pushups in 24 hours challenge 3 times.
3. I achieved many months of nofap and didnt increase my confidence by a significant ammount. Only got angrier and more bitter. Weirdly enough I had surges of energy but only for 1 hour (currently iam not really doing it but there times where i abstain for some days.).
Tbh all these things are pretty healthy but there is no significant relation to improving attrativeness or being the alpha/chad. But then the saying goes : Just try harder bro . You will eventually make it.
