1.Autists are naturally drawn to gymcelling and powerlifting because they are solo sports and you don't need anyone other than yourself to practice them.
2.Autists love to track shit (weights, marcros...etc.)
3.You can do this shit at any age.
4.You think you are making up for your past (they bullied and know you are going to show them who's king by building up that bench)
5.Look at that Layne norton, Jason Blaha, even fucknig Ed Coan sound autistic.
6.Living your whole life to increase some arbitrary number.
7.Nothing ever changes - the same lifts until death.
8.The meets couldn't me more autistic - the same shit for 10 hours. The crowd made of mom, dead, and maybe gf if you are willing to date 4 points below your looksmatch.
9.Powerlifting is simply not sustainable. Your orchanism can lift only so much weight in its lifetime. Once you get withing 10% of those maxes for your lifetime, you will start to injure yourself like there is no tomorrow.
What to do instead?
Train at home with kettlebells and bodyweight exercise, train NECK to improve looks. Stay lean.
Practice A sport that involves other people
Shooting (at least you need an instructor), boxing, mma, rugby, basketball...etc.
