Why does the world fear a German led Europe?

Just say for example the 2 world wars were actually because British, French and Russians want to do everything to stop Germany getting too powerful.

The question is why? Obviously British will say because Germans are evil but forget to say Germany actually offered peace multiple times and the Brits caused the wars.

The thing is why exactly fear and hate a powerful Germany that gets so powerful that it dominates continental Europe? Why prefer Russian Soviets for example? Or a multi cultural Europe turning Europe into Brazil all in actuality to prevent German dominance.

yeah sure but Germany is controled on a very short leash by America. In other words America controls EU through Germany. Germany controls nothing, is not free and all "German" so-called politicians are only there in power because USA green lighted them. Do you understand now what I mean?
