its a very subjective thing. so you can't quantify good personality.
i would say that being "nice" and "good" has little effect to none. otherwise people would just work on their personality instead of their body or hair.
there is no demand for a "good" personality because factually you can see that most people rather invest in improving their looks and that's including woman

Pretty much. They just mean charisma. But they either fail to notice or are oblivious that charisma is usually backed by high quality genetics, respectable looks. For instance, charisma from a manlet is seen as compensating.

1 : Virtue Signaling.

2 : Halo Effect (sometimes they really think the chad has a better personality because he's hot).

3 : Fear of danger (women have learned to not say things that might offend others through history, because they are physically less stronger and being bluntly honest incured risks of injury for them). Also fear fear that she would be judged on her looks too. So better go after chad but avoid talking directly about looks.
