Just today I saw a girl who I used to be close friends with put a dirty immigrant on her Instagram story for his birthday with an entire paragraph of why their friends and got him a gift. Not just this on one of my classmates birthdays he was bombarded with gifts. I get nothing on my birthday. Not even a simple "happy birthday" why do others get the attention I deserve?!

It's not even about the birthday at this point. It's that no one gives a shit about me. I try my hardest and I'm now realizing no woman will ever care about me.

I had the same problem. It was even the closest friend of many years who forgot about my b-day.

Luckily, I was able to fix it the next birthday 'just' by being proactive about it and not caring if other people wouldn't even care to say 'Happy birthday!' to me. Try arranging something, like inviting your friends and acquaintances to an escape room or paintball, or whatever you feel is suitable based on your age and interests. Also, tell people about your plans on your birthday. Try that and your next birthday won't likely happen without attention from other people.

Upd. all of that may sound too bluepilled but, man, don't lose hope, there are true friends even for us

Yeah, I've been here too... When I realised I'd got real problems with that, I tried fighting it, over and over again, for years, until I was finally able to.. not even beat it, just whitepill-style accept the fact that there's no way for me to be just like 'them'. On the bright side, I was able to find people to talk to and hang out with, who I could trust and be honest about with. Basically, a few true friends

As an incel, you cannot change everything, like they say, but you can try changing enough and, hopefully, succeed
