Why does my face look fatter on my phonescreen than in the mirror

I guess my face is fat and my body is skinny, No amout of gym fixed it last time i tried jogging, I still looked fat af

The lense of the camera affects how your face is stretched it distorts it in some ways. Idk if your mirror or your camera are what people see you as. I've seen contradictory info

your face is what you see in the mirror, its reversed, so you need a second mirror to see your true face
