Serious Why does IT call us a cult?

Aside from all of us being involuntarily celibate, what else do we have in common? This forum is less of an echo chamber than Reddit for sure, and given that dissenting opinions on IT are all promptly down voted to oblivion, should we be calling them a cult?

-The ones whose opinion on incels is based off the screenshots with extreme content they see on the subreddit;
-The ones who actually browse incel sites and know what we're like, but still decide to misrepresent us by posting the craziest shit they can find in order to gain upvotes

I've tried to reason with some of them before, but they kept telling me that I supported violence(I repeated that I didn't several times), that I was lazy, stupid, and they made lots of assumptions about me. Like I said, if anything they seem more like a cult to me than we do. At the very least, some of them are undoubtedly bullies.

Reasoning with them is pointless. Never forget that these people use to harass and target the foreveralone reddit until incels came about. Whether you're violent or not, if you're an ugly man complaining about life being unfair, they will HATE you.
