recently I have adopted a 11am-7pm sleep schedule, and I can't seem to get anything done. having the reverse of normal sleep patterns really fries your brain for some reason, I have so many things I want to do but I can never bring myself to do them in part because of high inhib, partly because of no motivation and in large part because it's a lot easier to do something during the day after you've slept normally the night before. The past few weeks have been sucked up by a vacuum cleaner, I've time travelled half a month into the future. why are things like this?

i think its because our brains always think its time to chill and relax when its night time. and you end up getting nothing done because you wake up in the evening and are awake through the entirety of the night.
