So I read that during their economic miracle Germany imported a bunch of migrants, mainly Turks, due to a labor crisis or something like 50 years ago.  Maybe successful European countries are trying the same thing while also being humanitarians.  The downside was probably taking in a bunch of people who didn't necessarily move there to work but for improved standards.  People nowadays are also more progressive than in the 60s where rampant misbehavior would be punished.  There are probably other reasons though

Indigenous Europeans are capable of maintaining birth rates and population growth. One could argue that they simply do not care to reproduce but I believe that economic insecurity and social turmoil are major contributing factors to the precipitous decline in reproduction.
