I guess you just have to depend on the extreme minority of foids who do display leadership skills as having interest in you for some reason. I figure probably ~20% of men have really weak leadership skills, and probably 5-10% of foids who have enough leadership desire/capability to make that work. There's a lot of competition. This makes a lot of sense honestly. I never really thought about it like this. It's weird because most of my friends (who are all men) think of me as a leader, but when it comes to foids, I have a hard time interacting with them.

Why do you think that you have a hard time interacting with foids? I mean, pretty much everyone here has that same challenge, so please don't feel like I'm trying to call you out or anything, I'm just curious and wondering if I can maybe help you in your journey to wherever you're heading.
I developed this opinion back when I was in college and was trying to become an extravert. I had the opinion that "if I'm so much smarter than all these idiots then I should be able to be popular like them too" (I'm not smart. Just arrogant. FYI), so I started paying a lot of attention to how normies were interacting. I found that most of the friend groups I could observe had usually one or two men who were in a dominant position, and usually handled a lot of logistics like setting up parties, resolving interpersonal conflicts, etc., and those men always had foids dripping off of them. They weren't Chad-tier, but definitely still fairly conventionally attractive. Maybe like 6-8 level?
Anyways, my point is, my anecdotal observations strongly pinpointed that leadership was a key trait. I tried to emulate it as best as I could but I quickly found out that I'm just not cut out for leadership in that way, I'm definitely a sheep and not staying in my lane has bad mental health consequences for me. Like you, I have some natural leadership traits, but I just need to keep it low key and sparing to be happy.

I understand how you feel. In your eyes, you may not be a leader but in order to be a leader, you have to be a follower. You definitely seem very intelligent to me. You remind me of my best friend (who is also extremely smart but doesn't handle being in the lime light) So that's why I will usually do the planning but if I ever need advice, I usually go to him. Now when it comes to foids, they just look past me (mostly because I'm short) and they notice my friends (who are taller than me).
