Nonetheless, I tend to agree with conservatives on this issue, adults should be free to consume pornography if they so choose, because most adults can sufficiently control themselves and prevent dangerous impulsive behavior. But in the modern world, where every kid is running around with a smartphone in their pocket-- the average age of initial exposure to pornography is EIGHT TO ELEVEN YEARS OLD. That is 2nd/3rd grade.
The brain is nowhere close to completely developed. And even if you keep that shit away from your kids by using parent controls or whatever, some azzhole at his school will just show it to him there.
