And my guess is because women have a fertility expiration date and unlike women, men do not have a phase that tells them they are sexually ready, like menarche.

Growing up, I would see foids being violent with their "partners." They seem quick to anger, and immediately get physical. I imagine it's a combination of low emotional control, and an imagined inferiority complex because they have to feel like victims.
