They desperately want to connect incels with the "lone wolf angry white male mass shooter" demographic. Therefore Elliot Rodger is white even though he isn't. Also the media wants to demonize whites while avoiding negative statements on non-whites, and if you admit that many incels are non-white, it becomes harder to criticize them. It's like how the circumcision debate rarely brings up Jews or the female genital mutilation debate rarely brings up Muslims or sub-Saharan Africans.

It's designed to uphold the mainstream narrative of oppression, where only a few accepted groups can claim to being oppressed. Mixing incels and whites serves the purpose of trying to pass incels off as oppressors (unsuccessful, childish oppressors having a tantrum) rather than oppressed.
It's really bad for everyone because most of us are merely asking for recognition that being ugly sucks. Why can't society give this to us?

The largest demographic percentage is white but some of it might be because most mass shooters and specifically hERos have been predominantly white. Asian and blackcels do exist but they're still a minority.
