Most of videogames are either press W and click(non tactical shooters, but even the tactical ones arent really realistic, they are mostly just a simulator to roleplay like if you was a fucking kid playing with soldier toys but instead of that you have a screen with lots of colours and things happening that destroy your brain), or just a playable history game which you get your dopamine hits and pleasure hits from killing people or doing whatever that stimulates you. No competitive videogame uses really your brain, at most it makes you grow grey matter in the areas of your brain related to your hand and cordination, or maybe there is a little bit of tactics. Even the games that are about strategy or real tactics, rot your brain a fucking lot, e.g paradox games.

Therefore the only good videogame is chess (minimun 10 min clock matches, blitz is retarded and brainrotten if you arent high rated). With chess you actually improve your calculation skills, memory, critical thiking, logic etc. And it doesnt brutally destroy your pleasure centers on the brain, so you cant become a depressed faggot playing chess.
