They are lucky.
 
Ones that survive - their bodies can find and fight faulty cells, while ones that die - they don't have that ability since either their genes are shit, they are in constant inflammation or took the cyborg19 jab, got VAIDS and may die after a single cancerous cell appears inside their blood stream. Genes = everything. Even believing and getting fooled by the jews from space is genetic.
 
When I was 14, I developed a benign tumor in my left testicle, but for some reason, it stopped developing. It should've killed me to put me out of my misery:feels:.
 
Because of seed oils, vaccines, processed/fast food, and other toxins in the environment that take years to accumulate in the body for it does actually damage
 
Some people have good genes that protect them, while others don't
