This is a common thing, I noticed. Normies seem admire people that 'wear their heart on their sleeve' (an extremely stupid figure of speech, by the way).
One time, I heard a Tyrone saying that he has no interest visiting Japan because they seem so stoic, and he started praising my own stupid, low IQ Latin American culture, because they're "lively".
A few months ago, a stupid foid in a group conversation commented that she'd rather live in a lively African city than a 'sterile American or European suburb'.
Over and over again, I keep hearing and reading so-called "stoic" cultures being derided, but loud, high strung, quick-to-pick-fights societies are "full of life"
